Brasilia offers an authentic Brazilian rodizio experience with juicy grilled meats carved directly at your table. You control the pace using a small card at your table: flip it to green when you are ready for more, and turn it to red when you need a break. Alongside the meats, there is a large buffet area packed with fresh salads, warm sides, and traditional Brazilian accompaniments. Even though the whole concept is centered around meat lovers, one thing you absolutely must try is the grilled cinnamon pineapple served straight off the skewer. Right in the heart of Oslo, nestled between Nationaltheatret and the Parliament, you will find the Spikersuppa skating rink. The rink opens for winter skating when the ice and weather conditions allow. This is a wonderfully cozy winter activity that brings out the best seasonal atmosphere as soon as the cold weather hits the city. Access to the ice rink is completely free for everyone if you bring your own skates. If you do not have gear, you can rent a pair at the pavilion next to the ice for 200 NOK. The pavilion also houses a kiosk offering hot drinks and snacks whenever you need a quick break to warm up. Making your own jewelry is both fun and rewarding. At STØP, you can spend an evening casting a custom pewter ring completely from scratch. The workshop lasts around four hours and starts at 1,450 NOK, which covers all materials, tools, and your finished piece. The process itself is surprisingly approachable. You start by carving a wax ring into your chosen design, which is then pressed into sand to create a mold for the molten pewter. Most of the time is spent filing, sanding, and polishing. It is a relaxed, almost meditative task set in a small workshop with great music and a warm vibe. No prior experience is needed, and you get to walk away with a finished ring in a box the very same night.
