Vestkantbadet at Sommerro combines a historic swimming pool with a Finnish sauna in a restored bathing hall from 1932.
Per Krohg’s mosaics remain part of the room, making the surroundings a reason to visit as well as the swim. You do not need to stay at the hotel: outside guests can book pool and sauna access during the public guest hours. A day-guest visit costs NOK 325 and includes towels. Access is for ages 16 and over, and public hours differ from the hotel’s member and resident schedule.
