Located at Abildsø, Oslo Blomsterverksted offers a charming flower field where you can pick your own fresh cut flowers during the warmer months. Running from spring through early autumn, the field blooms with everything from tulips and ranunculus to vibrant dahlias and sweet peas. Equipped with shears and a bucket, you can wander between rows of colorful blooms and create your very own bouquet straight from the soil. The atmosphere is peaceful, scenic, and relaxed, providing a rural escape just minutes from the city center. Pricing depends on the number of stems or the total weight of your custom bouquet. Opening days vary throughout the harvest season, making it smart to check their schedule before heading out. This is a lovely activity for a weekend outing with friends, a romantic date, or a cozy day out with family.

SEASONALFrogner Stadion is one of Oslo's most classic and spacious ice rinks, ideal when you want plenty of room to move around on the ice. It is a fantastic winter activity whether you are going on a casual date, hanging out with friends, or bringing the little ones out for some fresh air. Bring your own skates, or contact Skattkammeret Frogner in the stadium building. Equipment loans are free for children and young people under 25. Ask Skattkammeret about options and prices for older adults before travelling. Public skating shares the stadium with organised sport, so check the municipal calendar for the session you want to attend. There is also a cozy kiosk on site where you can grab a hot drink to warm up when your fingers get cold. The atmosphere here is relaxed, sporty, and captures the true winter spirit of Oslo.
