Bring your own skates, or contact Skattkammeret Frogner in the stadium building. Equipment loans are free for children and young people under 25. Ask Skattkammeret about options and prices for older adults before travelling. Public skating shares the stadium with organised sport, so check the municipal calendar for the session you want to attend.
There is also a cozy kiosk on site where you can grab a hot drink to warm up when your fingers get cold. The atmosphere here is relaxed, sporty, and captures the true winter spirit of Oslo.
